Week 6


Week 6 has been a bit of a slower week, where I mainly have just properly set up the new Unity project, a bit late I think into the project but better late than never. I brought in all my assets I have made so far and have had proper discussions with Dean as to what our focus should be on, which is making the game playable. I plan to do some big bits of work over week 7. One thing that I would really like to implement  into the game is online play, but I imagine this may be complex and tricky to pull off. As I'm away for week 7 I think I will have a good space to work away on this aspect of the game with the help of a course I bought. If I need even more help, I also have my partner with me who could definitely help me. 

I also plan on working in a dice roll mechanic that we need over the week too if I have the time. Some other goals of stuff I want to get done include a main menu and some menu music, but these aren't the focus right now. Hopefully we should have a much more playable game by the end of week 7 that I will be able to test the networking on.
